RETURN AND REPAIR POLICY
New Age Gem Jewelry Co. Ltd may repair the items free of charge for you. Please ensure that you have reported the case to New Age Gem Jewelry Co. Ltd immediately within 14 days of receipt date. Please return the goods the way you have received it with original invoice and a RAN (Please report the case to jewelry@newagedesigns.com.hk and ask for a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN)). Please note that the shipping cost of defective-return shipment will be under New Age Gem Jewelry Co. Ltd’s account but the shipment cost of sending new item including the insured amount will be under the customer’s account.
EXCHANGE POLICY
New Age Gem Jewelry Co. Ltd is happy to provide you with an exchange or replacement. Please ensure that you have reported the case to New Age Gem Jewelry Co. Ltd immediately within 14 days of receipt date. Please return the goods the way you have received it with original invoice and a RAN (Please report the case to jewelry@newagedesigns.com.hk and ask for a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN)).
The shipping cost of defective-return shipment will be under New Age Gem Jewelry Co. Ltd’s account but the shipment cost of sending new item including the insured amount will be under the customer’s account.
Customer may choose another item with value same as or greater than the purchased item. If the value of the replacement item is greater than the original item, customer has to deposit the amount difference to New Age Gem Jewelry Co. Ltd before we send the new item back. Replacement item will be processed within 21 days subject to the availability of stock.
REFUND POLICY
“New Age Gem Jewelry Co. Ltd may refund with the item’s value (excluding any shipping cost or any custom related expenses). Please return the goods with its original invoice or proof of purchase with a RAN number.
(Please contact us via email address – jewelry@newagedesigns.com.hk and obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN).)
All returned items will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department for verification before New Age Gem Jewelry Co. Ltd proceed to the next remedy procedure. Once we have confirmed that the item is impaired before the item is shipped (except damages caused by courier or custom), we will proceed for repair, exchange or refund depending on the customer’s preference. If customer demands a refund, the refund amount will cover only the value of the goods (without any shipping cost or any custom related expenses). Refunds will be made against the original form of tender. Please note that the return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
